Lettings Manager to join their team on a permanent contract. This role is offering great benefits and is hybrid working.
Lettings Manager£47,468 - £55,000Monday - Friday (37.5)Permanent As a Lettings Manager, you will be:- Managing Lettings Officers and the day to day run of the officer
- Managing a portfolio of properties
- Communicate with Landlords / Tenants / Contractors
- Arranging property inspections and reporting back to Landlords with feedback
- Ensure all legal compliances are up to date
- Renewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements
- Liaise with tenant and landlord following the end of tenancy
- Communicating with utility companies and council at start and end of tenancy
- Resolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries
To be successful as a Lettings Manager you will have: - Lettings Experience
- Management Experience
- Previously worked as Lettings Manager/Office Manager
